Military Working Dog Kennels

The Military Working Dog Deployable Kennel System (MWDKS) was developed for the US Army to provide climate controlled rest and holding areas for working dogs. There was an urgent need in the AOR and HEI responded. Over the years HEI has tweaked the original design to better fit different users. The MWDKS is completely transportable in multiple ways – on an air pallet, sling loaded, or in a HMMWV. Each component of the MWDKS is two man portable and no tools or MHE is required to assemble. The MWDKS can be set up and functional in less than 10 minutes. The MWDKS has an on-board ECU and is operated by 120 VAC or 24 VDC. The complete system has operating dimensions of 125” x 52” and a weight of 910 pounds.
